LACES OUT! is back and is promising to be bigger and better than ever before. The celebration of trainer culture, lifestyle and fashion reaches its 4th birthday this year and LACES OUT! SS18 will be its 8th festival since it began back in 2014.
The popular trainer festival see’s sneaker lovers and alike from across the world, old and young descend on the city to browse the thousands of rare, vintage and dead stock trainers available to ticket holders by it’s huge number of independent traders and collectors. As always the market place is accompanied by a panel of special guests, brands, and DJ’s. For 2018, LACES OUT! is expanding into to a brand new venue situated in the heart of the blossoming Cains Brewery Village Liverpool: Hinterlands.
Hinterlands “the space beyond: is a brand new, state of the art, multi-purpose event space totalling 10,500 sq. ft. in size. The venue was built specifically to provide the perfect venue for retail, creative and digital events and provide events like LACES OUT! with a dynamic event space, right on the boundaries of Liverpool’s bustling Baltic Triangle.
The 24th of March will see Hinterlands packed with trainer lovers, selling and buying their way through the endless amounts of tables lined with rarest trainers you can find. Alongside the market place, LACES OUT! will bring its much loved panel talks, historically filled with famous “sneakerheads” and key industry figures sharing their knowledge and wisdom. This season will see talks from ‘Patta’ Co-founder Edson Sabajo, Matty Welty from ‘Complex Magazine’, and special guest TBA. Reshoevn8r Shoe Care will be taking sure your trainers stay clean, while Scotts Menswear will be showcasing some new products.
Music at LACES OUT! SS18 will be provided from some of the top DJ’s in the world including No Fakin DJs, Edson (Patta), SUEDEBROWN and DJ Pooky who will be spinning their records from when the festivals doors open.
