KaiBaiBo is the product of brothers Robin & Christian. Emerging from Chris’ passion as a chef creating fast, high quality food & Robin’s past life as a resident of Busan, South Korea & stumbling around ramen bars and izakaya in Japan. KaiBaiBo aims to bring the flavours of the Korean peninsula in ways that may be more familiar, but that’s not to say you won’t see a couple of their favourite Korean dishes on the menu all mixed with the casual atmosphere of Japanese izakaya.
