James, Thom and Dom are the trio behind Maray, a beloved restaurant on Bold Street with national acclaim.
Small plates and cocktails of the highest quality take centre stage on Bold Street on a daily basis at Maray. They’ve become one of Liverpool’s most favourite restaurants, take one bite and you’ll see why. It is with great pride that the guys are announcing they are opening a second venue. This time it’s in the suburbs, along the beautiful stretch of Allerton Road which has recently seen a plethora of eateries open.
This is the official statement from the trio:
‘After some months in the pipeline we are very excited to officially announce our plans for Allerton Road.
We are just embarking on the build and have spent a great deal of time working closely with our architect to develop an interior design concept that we are very proud of.
It will not be a carbon copy of our Bold Street site but you can expect the same quality of food and drink, the same level of service and the same unique atmosphere. The key difference here is the neighbourhood environment and we are incredibly excited to become part of the Allerton community.
Opening in Allerton was always an idea we have entertained, and when this property came up it was a natural progression to make – we can’t fit any more people in our little Bold Street restaurant.
We will be joining an already stellar line-up on that stretch of Allerton road including, Miyagi, Three Piggies and Neon Jamon.
We will be announcing further details of our offering and launch date in the near future. Late 2016/early 2017.’
