Recently there was a social media storm after the news Bombed Out Church are going to be erecting a transparent marquee within the walls of St. Luke’s.

Fancy raising the roof with them? Well, we’ve got an exclusive glimpse into the events that will be going on throughout April. The festivities revolve around the 10 day temporary installation of a large transparent marquee inside the walls – which will allow visitors to be sheltered whilst remaining able to enjoy the beauty of the space they are within. Here is the first time their events are being released, just for you. With open forums, broadway, craft fairs and more, April looks like it is going to be a fantastic month. Tickets will be selling out fast so keep up with their tickets page here and Facebook and Twitter.

We caught up with the guys behind it to find out why these next couple of days are so important and why Bombed Out Church is the perfect setting.

“Together we develop a sense of belonging – encouraging a more secure and supportive society” – Sam Raymond, Head of Public Relations

“The beauty of the space is that it can transform into anything, and play host to any kind of event” – Ambrose Reynolds, Curator

Enjoy!
