We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our lovely team at Wreckfish!
This role would suit a hard working, friendly individual with a passion for fresh produce. Somebody that takes a great sense of personal pride from doing the best they can do and enjoys the hustle and bustle of a busy restaurant.
As Chef De Partie your main responsibilities would be to maintain the highest possible standards of food preparation and service in line with the standards set out by Elite Bistros and the head chef. You will also aid the head/sous chef in the smooth running of the kitchen and service. You will need to be competent in running a section of the kitchen and will take responsibility for all preparation, ordering and the daily running of that section.
At Wreckfish we run a 4 day working week. The salary is 19,000 per annum with a full share of all restaurant tips based on hours worked. 5.6 weeks of holiday a year. Perks include 50% your bill when dining at Wreckfish or any other Elite Bistro across the northwest.
