This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to work at Maray Allerton or Maray Bold Street.

We are a creative kitchen and your role will be to support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen. The sous chef’s role is to ensure the Head Chef is fully supported in all aspects of running the kitchen and delivering food to the highest standard. You will be required to take ownership of the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence.

The right candidate will be ambitious with a view to being Head Chef one day, love cooking and be looking for a long-term role. Experience of small plates/tapas is an advantage but is not required. We are an expanding company so the right candidate can progress quickly.

The right candidate will work safely and adhere to Covid19 Health and Safety policies.

This role will suit somebody who is either ready to make the step up from CDP/jnr sous, or somebody who is currently in the role of Sous Chef.

Great working hours and great tips. Nobody is expected to work any more than 48 hours in a week.
