We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. Quite simply, your job is to help us sell catering supplies through outstanding customer service and to do so brilliantly by saying and doing the right thing. You will be a crucial part of building close relationships with our current and future customers, so that we get to know them and their businesses as well as they know themselves. You will work closely with our brilliant customer services, marketing and buying team, so the ability to communicate and build relationship not only with our customers, but colleagues alike, is a must.
 We are in search of someone who is talented and hardworking but also eager to learn and develop. Someone who will enjoy working as part of a close knit, small enthusiastic team, yet can demonstrate the ability to work independently, think for themselves and steam ahead.
 Key responsibilities include:
• Create a welcoming environment for everyone who visits our showroom;
• Create a positive impression of ICS with every interaction with a customer,
• Look for opportunities to surprise customers positively to improve/create relationships with them,
• Outbound calls to current customers to catchup/check in and find out products they need,
• Maintain social media channels, capture content and build online presence by interacting with customers.
