We are looking for professional and self-motivated Operation lead to join our growing team in Liverpool. The right candidate must have a passion for sales and excellent interpersonal skills. You will be part of Colu’s global operations team.

Responsibilities

  • Recruiting local businesses that will accept client payment through the Colu app- field work

  • Monitor sales metrics using our CRM tools

  • Create and prioritise target account lists within a defined geographic territory

  • Become a namely expert and be able to articulate our value proposition to anyone who asks (or doesn’t ask)

  • Manage a portfolio of merchants accounts to achieve long-term success

  • Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs

  • Organising, participating and measuring offline marketing events

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • Very familiar with Liverpool- it’s culture, local businesses, and people.

  • 2+ years of sales, offline marketing or operations experience

  • Be comfortable with working on the ground (70% outside the office)

  • Self-motivated and proactive with a can-do attitude

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Driven by individual & team targets

  • Able to collaborate extensively with other team members

  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and act with a sense of urgency

Bonus points

  • Prior B2B sales experience

  • Familiar with start-up culture
