Opened in January 2019 on Dunningsbridge Road, Little World provides you with a guilt and plastic free shopping experience where you can bring your own re-useable containers and fill up by weight on organic dried foods, spices and liquids.

Little World Market is a zero plastic concept shop, created and developed by Anthony Strode, owner of Posh Pods, Specalised Designs & Sefton Roofing. If you’re just starting out on your waste free journey, don’t worry, Little World has a second hand containers section from their plastic amnesty scheme which provides local food banks a kickback from our re-use of plastic preventing it going to landfill.

The ethos and purpose behind the Little World project is to discover the viability of an eco business model. They are passionate about the planet, people and good nutritious, sustainable food and they believe we can thrive if we take care of all three. Little World Cafe is working towards truly zero waste, this includes food waste which will go into our future worm composting facilities.

They also bring other local ethical business under their umbrella to grow together, currently stocking Feel Supreme, Rawfully Good, Head in the Woods, Nutra Kombucha and Cake Hole for their absolutely amazing vegan cakes. Little World are currently working towards their sustainable goals for the next 12 months. They are due to start managing 5 acres of viable land on site for organic farming, which will include studio space on site for hire for yoga/workshops/meetings/classes.
