This January, Liverpool’s much-loved St George’s Hall will be filled with 200 different beers and ciders. Real Ale Events are the organisers behind the festival, and it will be the 4th year they have hosted it within the beautiful St. George’s Hall.

The organisers recently hosted another busy September St George’s Hall Beer Festival seeing more than 4,000 attendees. The same is expected for the Winter Ales Festival, with ticket sales already flying in. The Great Hall is a much-loved venue for many, and this beer festival proves more popular each year. With the hundreds of different beers on offer there’s something for everyone.

The beer and cider selection are from all around the UK, as well as having Liverpool Organic Brewery hosting a hand pull bar. There is the option of VIP tickets for those who want to beat the queues for tokens – VIP tickets include a reserved table on a stage in the Great Hall, unlimited real ales and ciders, alongside a token to be exchanged for a selected spirit at the indoor gin garden.

To bring in a few Summer vibes to our January Winter Ales Festival, we have an indoor gin garden to offer as well. They have a range of boutique gins, spirits, craft canned beers, wine and prosecco. Whatever your tipple… they’ve got you covered.

There will also be a range of old favourites and new independent food vendors. Peninsula Pies, Liverpool Cake Company, and Liverpool Cheese Company are favourites that they invite year in year out. Straight from the Baltic Market, Skaus are debuting, selling their famous Scouse as the perfect winter warmer that will provide much needed warmth for a day of drinking.

The event will run over 4 sessions from Friday 26th to Saturday 27th January 2018. Tickets start from £7, including a souvenir half pint glass and programme to take away.
