On the 19th and 20th January 2019, The Wedding Crowd will launch its first ever Wedding Fair in Invisible Wind Factory, Liverpool. “I plan to totally revamp the UK’s wedding scene. I became so bored of traditional prom-style hair, diamantes and meringue wedding dresses. Putting myself in the shoes of a bride, I realised that the UK needs a wedding event that is fun, laid back and completely unique. Catering to all types of couples whether they be quirky, minimal or modern. Somewhere I can sip on a craft beer whilst planning my wedding in a fun and stress free manner.” Says Roisin Flinn, founder of The Wedding Crowd and Sicker Than Your Average Wedding Fair.

“I’ve been to wedding fairs and they were all so pink, with forced sales pitchers and hagglers everywhere I looked. The entire ordeal was terrifying. That’s what I decided to change. I felt that couples should be able to build a connection with their vendor and receive the exact wedding they want. Throwing aside the long standing stigma associated with wedding planning. After all, it should be one of the most exciting events a couple plans together.”

During both days of the event, there will also be a catwalk featuring modern, wearable wedding dresses with a no nonsense approach. The Wedding Crowd has spared no expense in ensuring that this event is truly unique. There is set to be a pop- up barber shop and even a free pop-up tattoo stall offering minimal tattoos to those who are interested. Send your other half off to get a fresh cut, whilst you grab yourself a cocktail and some delicious street food. The entire warehouse is also dog friendly and child friendly; so you won’t have to leave anyone at home. Stop stressing over wedding planning, The Wedding Crowd has the answer.
