Real Ale Events are back in the beautiful surroundings of St. Luke’s Bombed Out Church from Thursday 11th to Sunday 14th April 2019 and it’s going to be even bigger and better than the last one.
If you’ve never been inside St Luke’s or its gardens before, then this is the perfect opportunity. And, even better, you can enjoy the surroundings of this Grade II* listed building whilst sampling some of the delicious real ales and ciders they’ll have on offer.
You can expect up to 150 real ales and 50 ciders, alongside boutique gins, continental beers, wines and Prosecco. Whatever your tipple, they’ve got it covered. There will be a range of local, independent food suppliers at the festival to help soak up the alcohol.
They offer discount for all CAMRA members with a valid, in-date card at our Thursday evening and Friday daytime session. That means you get 8 halves of beer for just £10, working out at just £1.25 per half – meaning a £2 saving. There will also be a return of the ‘Beer of the Festival Award’, voted for by all attendees.

*PLEASE NOTE: Due to the nature of beer festivals and ever-changing tastes we are unable to predict the popularity of the beers before the event. The most popular individual casks will run out as the festival progresses. The beer co-ordinator monitors this at each event and orders accordingly – but because we also like to have a lot of new beers it is nigh on impossible for us to tell which will run out first
No Under 18s are permitted into the event. If you are lucky enough to look under the age of 25 you will be asked for ID at the door. No refunds will be given to anyone unable to prove their age when asked.
