Constellations have been operating for six years from their site on Greenland Street in the heart of the Baltic Triangle. Playing host to a diverse range of gigs, grassroots festivals, clubs nights and exhibitions as well as a regular food and drink offer.
Opening in 2014, Constellations has gained city-wide popularity amongst a broad demographic of local gig goers, students, families, creatives, the art crowd and even brunch-clubbers. Since, the venue has won a handful of awards, including an architectural award for the outdoor canopy bar in 2015. In 2016, Constellations was named ‘Business Of The Year’ at the Liverpool Independent Business Awards and recently won ‘Employer Of The Year’ at the 2017 City Of Liverpool Awards. The venue also won ‘Tourism and Leisure Business of the Year’ at the FSB Awards.

The past three years have seen the Baltic Triangle blossom into an area enriched with creative culture and independently-minded businesses. A thriving neighbourhood of grassroots activity underpinned by a steadfast sense of community. This has propelled the popularity of the Baltic Triangle into the national news, with The Times naming the area the ‘Coolest Place to Live in Britain.’
Having become a popular hang-out within the area, the Constellations venue and bar is now a recognised landmark within the Baltic Triangle. Regularly open five days a week. The venue is renowned for its hand-crafted garden, versatile event space and cosy late-night bar. After initially being given a final two year lease back in 2019, local property developers Legacy have now worked with the team to extend their terms. This will enable the business to continue on the site until they are able to relocate in 2021 and whilst the industry recovers from the impact of Covid-19.
Constellations are opening their renowned garden bar from Saturday 4th July. The team will be providing a safe haven for sun-seekers in their established urban garden. The garden will be open every weekend from Friday to Sunday and will see a mix of DJs, musicians and small businesses, providing them with a platform to perform and regrow. With a range of pre-bookable garden pods and walk-up picnic tables the garden is strictly seated with limited capacity to ensure customers comfort and safety.
Drinks will be served from the award winning Canopy Bar via an app and using contactless payments. Their brand new grill menu will be served from the garden, and there is an opportunity to buy takeaway food and drinks as well. For table enquiries please click here and someone will get back to you regarding availability.
