Let there be cheese!

We were going to start with a pun but we thought it’d be too cheesy. Un-brie-lievable. C’mon, you can’t blame us, cheese puns are too gouda. Cheese, glorious cheese – it makes us smile and that might be why we say it before getting our photo taken. Research suggests addiction to cheese is similar to that of hard drugs so do treat the news that we’re putting on a cheese festival with caution.

Raclette, halloumi fries, toasties, pizza and just about everything you can imagine smothered in yellowy goodness. All by local Liverpool traders in Liverpool’s hip brand new space Hinterlands in Cains Brewery. Sounds wonderful, doesn’t it? There’ll be an artisan market full of cheese to take home alongside some of the city and beyond’s best food traders slinging out cheesy specials.

As well as great food there will be live entertainment all weekend and a special takeover by the Sh*t Indie Disco lads for a one-off, unmissable, Sh*t Cheesy Disco. We’re talking N*Sync, Backstreet Boys, Spice Girls and more that’ll have you swinging your hips with a pot of halloumi fries in your hand.
