This summer, Liverpool welcomes the launch of SoundYard, a bold new 900-capacity venue designed to celebrate and elevate the city’s electronic music culture.

Opening its doors in June 2025, SoundYard promises to become a vital space for connection with curated day parties and club nights as well as an exciting daytime programme beyond the music.

Located in the Baltic Triangle, SoundYard is an indoor-outdoor venue set to host a wide spectrum of electronic genres — from house and disco, to jungle to underground and experimental. The venue will feature state-of-the-art audio and visual technology, creating an immersive environment tailored for both artists and audiences.

Built for both community and club culture, SoundYard sets its focus on both grassroots and global talent with forward-thinking programming. Shifting between open-air day parties and late-night curated events across house, techno, jungle, garage, and more.

“Alongside our already existing network of brilliant grassroots venues we can welcome what looks to be one of the most exciting additions to our already vibrant electronic music scene.” – Kevin MacManus, Head of UNESCO City of Music for Liverpool

With an unwavering commitment to both emerging talent and international artistry, SoundYard will collaborate with local collectives including YeahitsRenee, Conduit Sound and many more – as well as bigger international talent, ensuring a diverse and inclusive lineup from launch onwards.

SoundYard Opens its Doors to More Than Music - From day through until night, SoundYard is a space built to bring people together and support independent culture. Daytime highlights will include a monthly YardSale, featuring vintage clothing, streetwear, vinyl, and work from local artists, along with live vinyl sets from local DJ’s. Twice a month, Disco Brunch will offer bottomless drinks, shared brunch plates, and disco favourites from live DJs. And this is just the beginning.

“Myself and The Jacaranda team would like to extend a warm welcome to our newest neighbours SoundYard, a brand new addition to the Baltic Triangle. The launch of SoundYard will be an exciting moment not just for artists, but everyone invested in Liverpool’s music scene. I’m excited to see what it becomes!” – Graham Stanley, MD Jacaranda
