Pizza Punks – sourdough pizzas and new bottomless brunch, we’re in!

We tried the new bottomless brunch at the fast-growing independent company Pizza Punks! ‘Punked Up Pizzas’, tasty cocktails and classic ice-cream Desserts. 

They are non-conformists in the world of pizza. They create a sourdough that is handmade in-house and double-fermented for a minimum of 48hrs to create maximum flavour. It is not quite Neapolitan Pizza, not quite New York Pizza, but a hybrid of the best of both. 

We went for the bottomless brunch; a choice of pizza, and unlimited booze for 90 minutes! 

We had the ‘Cubano’ – 12 mojo sauce, gruyere cheese, mustard, prosciutto, siracha caramel pork belly, gherkins, dill and balsamic. Never had anything like it before, so it had to be tried! 

We also had a ‘create your own pizza’, where you can choose as many toppings as you like with no extra costs. A divisive topping selection of mushrooms, olives, artichokes, jalapeños and caramelised pineapple, it was heaven, and I won’t be told otherwise! 

All of this was washed down with Prava beers, Drumstick Caiprisma,

Loveheart Caiproska and Coconut Mojitos! 

We love that you can create your own pizza without adding any extra cost, so you can go back and have something completely different every time! The ranch sauce was to die for, and the cocktails left us feeling GREAT after 90 minutes of them!
