The former Neon Jamon on Berry Street in the heart of the city centre has re-launched with a brand new concept – Wolf & Waffle.
A lush urban oasis feels a world-away from Chinatown, but just steps from the famous Chinese Arch, with hanging plants from Macramé baskets filling the olive space. The main bar space is a light, bright space which has feature floor-to-ceiling windows perfect to watch Berry Street go by.
There is a beer garden which alongside the bar area is open from midday to midnight, Tuesday to Sunday. Beers, cocktails and Belgian style waffles are the vibe, made to order all ways including savoury, sweet, vegan and gluten free.
Waffle menu highlights include:
Savoury
Canadian – Fried buttermilk chicken strips, poached egg, mustard maple syrup & gravy jug £10 (pictured)
Sunday lunch – Yorkshire pudding style waffle, roast beef, roast potatoes, carrots, cauliflower cheese, broccoli & gravy (Sunday only) £10
Sweet
Black Forest – black cherries, chocolate brownie, Chantilly cream, berry jam & chocolate shavings £7
Wolf & Waffle is a fully Covid secure space adhering to all Government guidelines. Perfect to watch the footy, cure your hangover, cocktails, date nights and more. It’s a scary time for any independent to be open now never mind open a brand new concept so please show them some support.
