Delifonseca Dockside has once again adapted its offering to introduce a new concept – the Delifonseca Dine at Home Club.

As part of the offer, customers can purchase in-store or online for collection or delivery, choosing a selection of the menu’s dishes, which can then be easily heated up at home and enjoyed. Each week, the menu will rotate to introduce a new theme – ranging from Persian to New Orleans along with seasonal delights including Halloween and Bonfire Night specials.

Proprietor of Delifonseca Candice Fonseca said: “Since the very first restrictions were announced back in March, we’ve completely adapted our business model to allow us to continue to serve our customers the same great food they’ve always loved from us in a way that’s safe for all. During the national lockdown, our ‘Date Night’ packages were extremely popular, so we’ve taken the best bits of this concept and tweaked it following the feedback of our diners. Our Dine At Home Club will now offer food throughout the week – not just on weekends – to celebrate special moments like birthdays and anniversaries or simply to avoid cooking supper, and will now be more flexible to adapt to households of all sizes.”

The Dine at Home Club allows customers to select whatever they want from the menu when ordering in-store, while online the offer is bundled up into ‘3 course deals’ whereby customers can choose dishes for a set price ahead of collection or delivery. The dishes can be safely refrigerated for two days, before being heated up at home to enjoy a dinner with a difference.

Candice added: “In these testing times, I think concepts such as our Delifonseca Dine at Home Club gives households something a little different to look forward to. I’m sure many people have become over familiar with their favourite take-away menus but would still like a break from cooking. It’s the culinary alternative to a weekly book club, as each week our menu will change and rotate to be enjoyed by families and individuals across the city. 

“We’ll be opening up the conversation on our social media pages for customers to talk about their menu – what dishes they loved, what ingredients are their favourites – and we’ll give them the chance to suggest menu specials they’d like to see from us in the future.
