Rum, sun and fun.
Isn’t it just a wonderful time of the year? The sun is shining, beer gardens are illuminated and there’s loads to do. The trio of dreams. Daytime drinkers and sunshine worshippers will be ecstatic to find out Red Door have transformed their outdoor terrace into a Tiki Hut just in time for the summer. On Berry Street there’s a place where behind one red door lays endless possibilities. Kind of like Narnia but with lots of alcohol.
The Tiki Terrace plans to be much of the same and the perfect place for Pau Hana (we’ll save you the Google, it means drink after work). It launches today and there’s a new cocktail menu that basically reads like a alcoholic 50 shades of Grey. Also, the first 20 guests will receive a complimentary cocktail, after that the cocktails will be just £5 until 8pm. BRB, just trying to find 20 different costumes.
All cocktails come full to the brim with Appleton Estate Rum. Choose between a cool and refreshing Jamaican Iced Tea (packed with peach liquer), Bajou Punch (served out of a coconut), Appleton Smash (oozing with passion fruit and vanilla) and lots more. They have also teamed up with RCharity which means until the end of September, 50p from every cocktail sold from the Appleton menu will go straight to the charity. Drinking in the sun and helping charity? You had us at drinking.
