We’ve been on the gin diet recently, so far we’ve lost four days.
Botanical Garden, a pop-up urban wonderland of everything gin, plant and summer related is to re-open March 25th and sun worshippers that love juniper goodness can barely contain their excitement. It’s the quintessential British garden but not as you’d expect it. Today the news broke of a portable gin and tonic delivery service in collaboration with Portobello Gin for one day only. Think of it like an adult ice cream truck but they’ve swapped the Twisters for tonics. At gin o’clock on the 24th March they will accepting calls through their hotline and will be delivering the perfect gin and tonics around the city. We are living in incredible times and convenience has never felt and tasted so good. If it’s really popular, they’re hoping to make it a permanent addition and judging off the calls we will make to them alone, we think we might be able to persuade them.
Just before the grand-opening where you can expect live music, new food and the same great drinks, they’re having a little warm up with a St Patrick’s Day Weekender. We’re talking shamrocks, shenanigans and showers of Guinness. On the 17th and 18th March we will be bringing a little bit of Dublin to The Baltic Triangle where we will once again transform The Great Baltic Warehouse into something special. We are delighted to announce Guinness are taking over the bar and they’re bringing buckets of the black stuff to keep us merry all day. Much more than that, we’ve also sourced a collection of beautiful Irish whiskeys and gins to fill you all up with some true Irish spirit. In order to soak up all that Irish fun we will have some amazing local restaurants doing their take on traditional Irish food. Grab your tickets here.
