Bombed Out Church Garden Bar & Cafe is reopening in April and they are looking for new food partners.
The food partners will be on a rotating roster throughout the spring and summer months, so ideally the BOC Garden Bar is looking for mobile set-ups/trailers/vans which can be built and packed down/taken off site at the end of each day.
St Luke’s gardens has the largest outdoor seating area in Liverpool city centre with comfortable space for 240 covers, and many events and shows scheduled inside the church for 2022, estimated to bring in a further 20k people onsite.
The site itself is in an ideal city centre location, overlooking the bustling Bold St. The gardens are a perfect place for people to relax with friends over a beer, glass of wine and something to eat. The Bombed Out Church Garden Bar & Cafe has set itself high standards and would expect any potential partner to understand the history and prestige of the place, with the aim to provide some of the best al fresco food and drink in the city.
The bar opening times from 1st April 2022 will be Thursday to Sunday to begin with, with expanded hours during the warmer months.
As a managed ruin, the site does have some limitations. Potential partners should be aware that while there is access to power, the site currently operates without an onsite water supply. The precise power and water requirements of interested parties will be discussed upon application.
