Set within 60,000 sq ft of Exhibition Centre Liverpool, on the banks of the Mersey, Indoor Funfair is the biggest event of its kind to come to the city, packed with fairground favourites for all ages, including a 200ft long inflatable obstacle course named ‘Energiser’, two mini-coasters, a huge inflatable slide and a 3D Experience Zone.

With three sessions a day to choose from, visitors can enjoy unlimited access to all rides during their chosen three-hour slot. Lord Mayor of Liverpool, Cllr Christine Banks, said: “It’s great to see families coming together to enjoy all the fun of the fair, right in the heart of Liverpool. Everywhere you look there is something fun to experience and lots of people with big smiles on their faces.”

John Lowery of Events & Attractions, the organisers of Indoor Funfair, said:

“It promises to be an unforgettable Easter in Liverpool. “We’ve made sure everything is very family-friendly, with rides for all ages, an inflatable obstacle course to race on, prize games galore and great refreshments too.This is a classic fairground experience that will keep families entertained, no matter the weather outside. Tickets are selling quickly, but there’s still time to grab some and give the kids a real treat this Easter.”

 Sessions run daily from 10am-1pm; 2pm-5pm and 6pm-9pm. A quiet session has been announced, for 6-9pm on Thursday, April 18, suitable for those with autism or sensory needs.

Tickets cost £10, with spectator tickets priced at £2 and free entry for under 3s. There is also a special online offer of four riding wristbands for £35. Refreshments and any prize games are not included in the ticket price.

Indoor Funfair Liverpool ride list:

Some rides are for under 12s, some for under 9s and some are height restricted.

Coaster – Children under 1.4m tall must be accompanied by an adult. Minimum height is 0.9m. Not suitable for Under 3s.

Large Chair ‘O’ Planes – Riders must be over 1.2m tall. Not suitable for Under 3s.

Dragon Coaster – Riders must be a minimum of 1m to ride

Waltzer – Children under the age of 9 must be accompanied by an adult. Not suitable for Under 3s.

Twist – Children under 1.4m tall must be accompanied by an adult. Minimum height 0.9m. Not suitable for Under 3s.

Ghost Train – Children under 1.2m tall must be accompanied by an adult. Not suitable for Under 3s.

Frogs – Suitable for children 1.2m tall and upwards accompanied by an adult. Minimum height without an adult is 1.3m. No single riders. Not suitable for Under 3s.

Go Gator – Minimum age 3, maximum age 12. Not suitable for under 3s.

Jets – Riders must be a minimum of 0.9m and a maximum of 1.5m to ride.

Jumpin’ Jack – Riders must be a minimum of 0.9m and a maximum of 1.5m to ride.

Mini Miami – Riders must be a minimum of 0.9m and a maximum of 1.5m to ride.

Balloons – From age of 3 upwards can ride alone. Suitable for under 3s accompanied by someone with a riding wristband.

Train – Suitable for children from age of 2 upwards. Suitable for under 3s accompanied by someone with a riding wristband.

Playcentre – Suitable for children from age of 2 upwards. Suitable for under 3s accompanied by someone with a riding wristband.

Mini Wheel – Suitable for children from age of 2 upwards. Max height 1.4m. Suitable for over 2’s and under 3s.

Funhouse – Suitable for all ages. Children under 0.9m must be accompanied by someone with a riding wristband. Suitable for under 3s accompanied by someone with a riding wristband.

Cups – From age of 3 upwards can ride alone. Suitable for under 3s accompanied by someone with a riding wristband.

Chairs – Suitable for children from age of 2 upwards. Under 3s must be accompanied by someone with a riding wristband.

Helter Skelter – Suitable for all ages. Children under 1m must be accompanied by an adult. Suitable for under 3s accompanied by someone with a riding wristband.

Inflatable Slide – Suitable for persons over the age of 5. No upper age limit.

Energiser Assault Course – Suitable for persons over the age of 5. No upper age limit.

3D Experience – Must be a minimum of 1m to enter.
