The independent extravaganza of the year you’ve all been waiting for.
It’s creeping up! Yup, that wonderful time of year is nearly upon us. We won’t utter the name yet, but we know you’ve secretly been hunting for the perfect gifts for your loved ones already. If you’re like us and you prefer to buy one of a kind gifts from independent sellers then you’re in luck, because we’ve found the perfect event and it’s their debut fair no less.
Liverpool Print Fair is happening on 12th November at Liverpool’s Bluecoat and is a joint venture from The Print Social and Bluecoat Print Studio. They’re gathering the very best in print from artists and designers who work with traditional print methods to bring you printmaking in a variety of forms, including screen printing, linocut, etching, and woodcut. The fair will be filled with independent artists and designers selling beautiful, affordable, limited edition and handmade prints in a range of styles to suit every taste.
The event is family friendly and there will be ample opportunity to get involved in making prints yourselves, with workshops for both children and adults running on the day. The workshop schedule will be announced closer to the event but the fair runs all day from 10:30am until 5pm. There will also be a chance to win some great arty prizes, which could mean another gift in the bag for you!
If you would like to keep up to date with future fairs as it grows be sure to follow them at www.liverpoolprintfair.co.uk, join the Facebook events page here or if you want to know more about The Print Social you can find them at www.theprintsocial.com.
